By booking or purchasing a Dietless service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Dietless currently provides online nutrition and dietetic services, including:

  • individual nutrition consultations;

  • longer-term 1:1 nutrition programmes, including the Dietless 12-Week Programme;

  • related educational and behavioural support.

The exact scope, duration and price of a particular service will be communicated to the client before the service is booked.

3. Discovery calls

Dietless offers a complimentary discovery call.

The discovery call is intended to:

  • understand what you are looking for;

  • determine whether Dietless may be appropriate for your needs;

  • answer basic questions about the services.

A discovery call does not constitute a paid nutrition consultation or diagnosis.

4. Booking paid services

Paid services are currently arranged individually following the discovery call.

The booking is confirmed by email once:

  1. the service, date and price have been agreed;

  2. the client has received the relevant payment instructions; and

  3. payment has been received in accordance with the agreed deadline.

Payment is currently made by bank transfer.

Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

5. Client information and intake questionnaire

Before beginning work together, you may be asked to complete an online intake questionnaire.

The questionnaire may request information relevant to providing personalised nutrition and dietetic services, including health-related information.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and sufficiently complete for the service.

You should inform me if relevant information changes during the course of the programme.

6. Nature of the services

Dietless provides evidence-informed nutrition and dietetic support.

The purpose of the service is to support nutrition, eating behaviour, health-related habits and individual goals.

The service does not replace emergency medical care or appropriate medical diagnosis or treatment.

Where appropriate, I may recommend that you consult your GP, specialist, psychologist, psychiatrist or another healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for decisions relating to your healthcare and for following medical advice provided by your healthcare professionals.

7. Personal responsibility

Nutrition recommendations are individualised based on the information available at the time.

You are responsible for informing me about relevant:

  • medical conditions;

  • medications;

  • allergies;

  • food intolerances;

  • pregnancy or other relevant circumstances;

  • changes in your health.

If your health situation changes significantly, you should seek appropriate medical advice.

8. Fees and payment

The applicable fee will be communicated before the paid service is confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • payment is made by bank transfer;

  • payment must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment;

  • the service will be provided after payment has been received.

Prices communicated to consumers include applicable taxes where required by law.

9. Rescheduling and cancellation

I understand that plans can change.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible and, where possible, provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice

You may reschedule the appointment without a cancellation fee, subject to availability.

Where appropriate, an already-paid appointment may be transferred to another mutually agreed date.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment

If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, or do not attend the appointment, the appointment may be treated as used and the fee may not be refundable.

However, this policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including statutory withdrawal rights.

In exceptional circumstances, such as an unexpected emergency, I may use my discretion to waive or modify this rule.

10. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer entering into a distance contract with Dietless, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the applicable legal rules and exceptions.

Where you expressly request that a service begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you may be required to acknowledge the legal consequences of doing so.

If the service is fully performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period following the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost where permitted by law.

Where a service has begun at your express request before the withdrawal period has expired and you subsequently withdraw, you may in certain circumstances be required to pay for the part of the service already performed.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact me first at:

contact@dietless.co

Please describe the issue and, where possible, provide the information necessary for me to identify the relevant service.

I will consider and respond to complaints within the period required by applicable law.

Consumers may also have access to statutory out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.

13. Confidentiality

I will treat information shared by you in the course of working together as confidential, subject to legal obligations and the Privacy Policy.

14. Availability and technical issues

Online services depend on access to appropriate technology and internet connectivity.

I am not responsible for technical problems caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures or problems with the client's device.

If a technical problem prevents a scheduled consultation from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it.

15. Changes to services

I may update or modify my services from time to time.

Any material changes affecting an already purchased service will be communicated to the client and will not unlawfully reduce mandatory consumer rights.

16. International clients

Dietless may work with clients located outside Poland, including clients in other EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws in the client's jurisdiction apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you under the law applicable to your particular situation.

18. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on dietless.co.
