Why your ideal body

still feels out of reach, no matter how hard you diet?

1:1 coaching for women who overeat, stress eat, or can't switch food off — with a registered dietitian who has been there. Online, in English or Polish.

Is this you?

Most of the women I work with recognise at least four of these.

You're capable everywhere else. With food, a different person takes over.
You judge every bite — and at night, you judge the whole day.
If someone tells you that you need to eat more to lose weight, and your first thought is, “No — I just need to be more disciplined,”
The first thing you check every morning is your stomach.
You're fine all day, and then craving hits at 9pm.
And food still takes up far too much space in your head.

You know better. That's the hardest part. You've read everything and tried every plan, and the harder you push, the louder the food noise gets. Because it was never really about food. You're reaching for relief. Comfort. Pleasure. A break from holding everything together.

You can't solve a relationship with food by knowing more about food. Until you understand what you're actually seeking, nothing permanently changes.

I have to dietI get to take care of myself

Hi, I’m Anna

A UK-registered dietitian with five years of clinical experience, a yoga and mindfulness teacher with 200-hour yoga teacher training, and a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef.

I help women understand what's driving their eating, and build a relationship with food so natural they'll never need anyone to tell them what to eat again.

For almost 20 years, food took up far too much of my life. There were days when I binged from morning until evening, then woke up and did it all again. In between came strict rules, guilt and promises that tomorrow would be different.

I knew the nutrition science. I drank more green juices than should be legal. Detoxes, fasting, vegan diets, supplements—you name it, I tried it.

And still, I was a dietitian hiding in the bathroom eating, ashamed and confused. I watched people eat one cookie and leave the rest, wondering how that could ever be me.

When I stopped fighting, I started listening.

I began to understand what my body needed, what food was helping me cope with, and how my rules were keeping me stuck. I practised nourishing myself consistently, responding differently to difficult emotions and moving on from a difficult day without another punishment plan.

It was a gradual process. With time, practice and support, I found peace with food. Today, I can enjoy eating, care for my body and have space in my mind for the rest of my life.

That’s why I created Dietless: to bring together professional knowledge and lived experience, helping you understand your body, trust your choices and become the person who no longer needs a diet.

What you can expect from me:

— Someone who understands how consuming this can feel
— Science-backed guidance that fits your life
— Honesty, warmth and zero BS
— A relationship built on trust, with you involved in every decision

This is what becomes possible when food stops being the thing that runs and ruins your day.

TRUST IN YOURSELF
You make choices without needing rules to tell you what to do.

MORE FREEDOM
Dinner, holidays, photos, clothes and weekends stop feeling like something you have to manage.

Yes, it’s possible!

12 weeks. Three phases. One completely different relationship with food.

01. Create stability and build foundation for change

Weeks 1–4

Before we change your relationship with food, we create the stability that makes change possible.

We start by understanding you — your history with food, your current reality, your routines, and the patterns that have shaped the way you eat. No judgement. No trying to fix everything at once.

Then we work with your biology to make eating feel easier.

We'll look at the foundations that influence hunger, cravings and eating — including balanced nutrition, meal structure, protein and fibre, blood sugar regulation, sleep, energy, movement and your daily rhythms.

Together, we'll build a personalised nutrition system around your body, your life and the foods you genuinely enjoy.

You'll learn how to create satisfying meals, recognise what your body needs, and stay nourished when life gets messy — on stressful days, busy weekends, while travelling, or when things don't go to plan.

The goal isn't perfection.

It's stability.

A foundation strong enough that your body is better supported, your cravings feel more manageable, and one difficult day doesn't send you back to the beginning.

You stop starting over.

02. Understand what’s really driving your eating

Weeks 5–8

Once the foundations are in place, we go deeper.

Because knowing what to eat is rarely the whole problem.

We'll explore what's happening underneath your eating — your emotions, behaviours, nervous system, environment, thoughts and patterns — and the role food has been playing in your life.

We'll look at what happens before, during and after you eat. What triggers the urge to eat. What you're actually looking for in those moments. And what makes it difficult to stop, even when you already know what you want to do.

We'll build on the biological foundations from Phase 01 while exploring the connection between your body, brain and behaviour — including stress, sleep, regulation and the way your internal and external environment can influence eating.

This is where we introduce pleasure, curiosity and interoception — learning to notice what you actually want, need and feel, rather than automatically reacting to thoughts, emotions, cravings or external rules.

The goal isn't to control yourself better.

It's to understand yourself better.

Because when you can finally see the pattern, you have something you can actually change.

03. Come back to yourself

Weeks 9–12

This is where the work becomes bigger than food.

You stop asking:

“How do I stay on track?”

And start asking:

“Who am I when food isn’t running the day?”

Most of what stands between you and eating easily isn’t missing. It’s borrowed — rules you picked up, shoulds you never agreed to, a way of speaking to yourself you learned somewhere else.

We'll work on identity, resilience, flexibility and self-trust — so the skills you've built become part of how you naturally live, rather than another temporary phase you have to maintain.

You'll learn how to navigate setbacks without turning them into a spiral, make choices without relying on rigid rules, and trust yourself when life doesn't go according to plan.

Because real life isn't always structured.
There will be holidays, stressful weeks, celebrations, tired days and moments when you eat more than you intended.

The goal isn't to become someone who is perfect around food.

It's to become someone who can trust herself around food — even when life isn't perfect.

You don’t need to become her.

She’s already there.

Work With Me

All sessions are online, 1:1, and built entirely around you.

I'll teach you how to change something you've struggled with for years—and give you the tools to keep changing it long after we finish working together.
